Lead- Michelle Trembley (Funsize)
Sweep- Valerie Edmond
I always felt there should be a beginner’s ride at LAW so I finally decided to lead one and Val graciously agreed to be the sweep. This ride includes slower speeds, lots of fun curves, some tight turns, highway, left-had turns, roundabout, decline and inkling going in a d out of 2nd stop (Jefferson Lake Park).
This ride is relaxed but adventurous, making it ideal for beginners and/or novice riders. The roads on this route are not straight and flat. This is ladies ADVENTURE weekend…be prepared for an adventure, but at a slower pace. Group riding experience will be helpful. Advanced riders may not enjoy the pace of this ride.
There will be 2 comfort stops and a gas stop before our lunch break in Carrollton at Heartland Hill Restaurant. They offer a wide selection of food with reasonable prices and accept cash or credit.
In case you wanted to take a test run before LAW, the route includes 212, 151, 646, 151, 7, 39 and 43, with a few side roads added in.
Since I do not know everyone’s skill level or experience, I made the ride description pretty detailed.
I want all riders to know exactly what to expect on this ride. If you have any questions or concerns about this ride before you register for it, please contact me through LAW or FB. I want everyone to be comfortable with their ride choice and experience.
